1. Account registration

• You need an account to purchase and read paid content on Adhyayan.
• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
• Accounts are for individual use and must not be shared with other people.

2. Use of the platform

You may use Adhyayan for your own personal study and learning. You agree not to use the platform in a way that disrupts it, harms other users, or breaks applicable law.

3. Digital educational content and access

• All products sold on Adhyayan are digital educational content accessed online through your account. Nothing physical is shipped.
• After a successful payment, access to the purchased book is granted to your account. See our Delivery Policy for details.
• Access is personal, non-transferable and limited to reading the content within the platform.
• Content may be updated, corrected or expanded over time to improve accuracy and quality.

4. Purchases and payments

• All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include the amount payable at checkout.
• Payments are processed through our payment partner. We do not store your card or mobile wallet credentials.
• A purchase is complete only when the payment is confirmed and access is recorded against your account.
• Coupons and discounts are valid only for the period, usage limits and books stated for each coupon.
• Once a purchase is successful and access is granted, it is generally non-refundable. Legitimate payment or technical problems are reviewed under our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Prohibited use

• Copying, downloading in bulk, recording, redistributing, reselling or publicly sharing purchased content.
• Sharing account access or credentials with others.
• Attempting to bypass payment, access controls, authentication or any technical protection on the platform.
• Automated scraping, reverse engineering or interfering with platform infrastructure.
• Uploading unlawful, abusive or infringing material where the platform allows input.

6. Intellectual property

All content on Adhyayan — including text, questions, solutions, illustrations, branding and the platform software — is owned by Adhyayan or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright law. Purchasing a book grants you a right to read it on the platform; it does not transfer ownership or any licence to reuse the content elsewhere.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, in particular where content is redistributed, credentials are shared, or payment or access controls are abused. Where reasonable, we will notify you first. You may stop using the platform at any time and request account deletion at adhyayansupports@gmail.com.

8. Availability and limitation of liability

We work to keep Adhyayan available and accurate, but the platform is provided on an "as available" basis and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability in connection with the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the affected content. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes to the service or these terms

We may update the platform, our pricing and these terms. When we make material changes we will update the "last updated" date on this page. Continuing to use Adhyayan after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute relating to the platform or a purchase will be handled under the applicable laws of Bangladesh. We will always try to resolve an issue through support first — write to adhyayansupports@gmail.com.
